    Please upload images (3 min) of items you are submitting for inclusion in the Fashion Show (we can only accept up to 12 looks per company; we have limited space available to be in the show) by filling out the accompanying form and sending it in either prior to sending the items or including with the items.

    DESIGNERS PARTICIPATION COSTS

    Participation costs: $450 (this covers the cost of models, hair & make-up and other incidentals). We ask that all participants pick up their items after the fashion show is over. Otherwise, all items that need to be returned back, must include an additional $ 30 to cover UPS/USPS costs.
Once we have received your application form, and photos, we will write to you via email confirming receipt of your application. Please note this is a receipt and not a confirmation of inclusion into the show.

If you are accepted to showcase your designs, you will be notified via email no later than the date specified, see deadlines for show for which you are applying.  Should your line not meet our eligibility requirements for this show you will be notified via email and if you sent us a check, your check payment will be returned un-cashed with the notification no later than May 24th, 2011.
